CBI zeroing in on cops' negligence-Chandigarh-Cities-The Times of India
CBI investigating into to suicide by Sarita, rape victim at the hands of Haryana Police personnels, which took place on June 9, 2008 , has filed FIR under IPC 306 and 506.
The investigating agency had drawn the full picture of sequence of event which had made it to declare that there was total negligence on the part of the Haryana Police.
